AI-native compliance and data intelligence for renewable energy assetsEvery energy asset, verified for life.

One record of every meter, solar array, hot water plant and battery. AI reads it every day and says what's wrong. For embedded networks, land-lease communities and battery projects.

The picture beside this text is a field of squares, one for each asset on record. Five are marked, as sample data: a hot water tank at 57.8 °C, a meter wired the wrong way, a battery project at 96.8% availability, an export limit with no evidence, and a hold point passed after a witnessed test.

Each square is an asset on record. Sample data

The problem

Every energy asset reports on itself. Almost no one reads it.

After handover, a mis-wired meter can bill for a year before anyone notices.

Compliance isn't a certificate at handover. It's reading the data, every day.

The record

Bring every asset onto one record.

Meter data, portals, controllers, contracts and job packs, in whatever shape they arrive. Cleaned, checked at the door, and kept with their source and version.

The checks

Hold every asset to what it owes.

Every check compares what the record expects with what the data shows, under the rule in force when the asset was installed. Unknown is never a pass.

Intelligence

Put AI to work on the record.

Six agents read the record all day. They catch an asset drifting, explain why, and prepare the fix. They advise; they never decide.

  1. Monitoring

Watches every reading for an asset drifting off what it should do.

  2. Compliance

Checks each asset against what it owes, and chases missing evidence.

  3. Advisor

Explains why, and what it costs to wait.

  4. Work orders

Drafts the job with the evidence attached; a person issues it.

  5. Assistant

Answers questions about any site, asset or month, with sources.

  6. Data steward

Finds gaps, duplicates and conflicts, and asks a person to settle them.

How it decides

AI reads. Rules decide. People approve.

AI reads. Agents say what they found, with the source attached. Evidence, never the verdict.

Rules decide. Written, versioned rules judge the numbers and dates. Nothing else does.

People approve. Whatever the rules can't settle waits for a person, whose name goes on the decision.

Who it's for

One platform for the people who run energy assets.

Different assets, different obligations, the same record, checks and agents.

Embedded network operators

Integrated energy data for every building.

Buildings with central solar, hot water and resident meters.

  • Solar yield checked against design and the weather
  • Hot water held to AS/NZS 3500.4: storage at 60 °C, plant efficiency, ring-main losses
  • Plant energy reconciled with resident meters before billing
  • Faults become work orders, closed when the readings recover

What you getPlant energy billed instead of lost, hot water that passes its audit, and faults fixed before residents call.

Getting started

One site first. Nothing to install.

Start with the site you worry about most.

  • Reads what you run

Metering, inverter and battery portals, hot water controllers, billing and documents, where they are.

  • One site, one month

Send one site's documents and a month of its data. We show you what Verifield finds.

  • Then the rest of the portfolio

Once the first site has paid for itself, add the others.

Security by design

  • Hosted in Australia
  • Reads your systems, never writes to them
  • Your data kept apart from every other client's
  • Every fact with its source and version
  • Every decision with a person's name
  • The record belongs to you

Questions

Questions operators ask us.

What is Verifield AI?

A compliance and data intelligence platform for renewable energy assets. One record of every meter, solar array, hot water plant and battery, checked against its design, its contracts and the standard, with AI that reads it every day. A Docy AI company.

Who is Verifield for?

Embedded network operators running buildings with central solar and hot water plant, land-lease community owners with a meter, solar and often a battery on every home, and owners of utility-scale and commercial battery projects.

What does the AI do?

Six agents watch the readings, chase missing evidence, explain what's happening, draft work orders and answer questions about any site. They advise; a person decides.

Does AI make the decisions?

No. AI reads and explains. Written, versioned rules decide pass or fail. Anything they can't settle goes to a person, and every decision carries a name.

What can we use today?

Verifield's metering, including its Energy Register, is live with a land-lease operator, monitored daily. Rebate compliance checking is in production with an accredited energy compliance certifier: more than 10,000 projects and 5.8 million certificates checked. Embedded-network buildings and battery projects run on the same platform, starting with a pilot on one site.

Where is our data kept?

In Australia. Verifield reads your systems and never writes to them, keeps each client's data apart from every other client's, and records the source and version of every fact.

Our data is a mess. Can we still start?

Yes. That's usually where we start. Verifield processes, cleans and analyses the data as it arrives, in whatever shape your providers send it, and tells you what it couldn't settle.

Do we have to replace our systems?

No. Verifield works on top of what you already run: metering data providers, inverter and battery portals, hot water controllers, billing and document stores. It reads their data and keeps the record in one place.

How do we start, and what does it cost?

Start with one site: its documents and a month of its data. Pricing depends on your sites and assets. Book a demo or email us and we'll put a proposal together.

One site. Verifield.

Its documents and a month of its data. We'll show you what Verifield finds.
