About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the verifield.ai website. The website is operated by Docy AI Pty Ltd (ABN [to be added]), trading as Verifield AI, a Docy AI company ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Information only

The website describes Verifield and what it does. It is general information, not engineering, legal, financial or compliance advice for your situation. Screens, figures and pictures marked "Sample data" are illustrations, not real sites or results.

The Verifield platform

Using the Verifield platform is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply the platform, and prices are provided by proposal.

Intellectual property

The website's content, including text, designs, drawings, logos and the Verifield name and mark, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, and use it to evaluate Verifield for your organisation. Please don't copy, adapt or republish it for other purposes without our written permission.

Using the website fairly

Please don't try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, introduce malicious code, collect content by automated means at a scale that burdens it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Other services and links

The website links to, and can embed, services run by others, such as Calendly for booking a demo. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, and we're not responsible for them.

Our liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we don't promise that it is complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and our liability for any loss arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded. Where our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State or Territory], Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
